Landed on my arm while I was outside taking pictures of a spider. Much too small for my camera, so these were the best pictures I could get. I wouldn't post such awful photos if it wasn't for how uncommon it might be. Looks very similar to

Well, it undoubtedly ...
... belongs to the family Ceraphronidae. The two most common genera of that family are Ceraphron and Aphanogmus, but I can't tell if you've got one of these or not (best way to differeniate these two is the profile of the metasoma).
