Tiny Beetle - Lobiopa undulata

Tiny Beetle - Lobiopa undulata
Moccasin Lake, Winston, Douglas County, Georgia, USA
August 17, 2008
Size: about 3 mm
Very small beetle,. Attracted to light. Looked almost black to naked eye, but camera with flash made it seem almost translucent, especially around the edges. Anyone have an idea as to what ID it is? Help would be appreciated.

Moved
Moved from Lobiopa.

Nitidulidae
smtg Lobiopa-like

Thank you
Genus looks correct to me, but species, no, I'll leave that up to the experts.
