Unknown hymenopteran?

Unknown hymenopteran?
Red Feather Lakes, Larimer County, Colorado, USA
July 21, 2020
Size: 2 mm
This specimen was caught in a sweep net in a lodgepole pine forest. It has shortened antennae and very minimal, nearly vertical veins in both the fore- and hind-wings. Any help with ID to family would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm pretty sure that it is probably an Aphid. (Adult) Often the DrawWing.org website can be very helpful for checking out the order of some wing-veins. see here

Thank you!
Wow! I had no idea. I really appreciate your help and for the suggestion of the ID tool. I am really looking forward to using it!
