Family Lycaenidae?

Family Lycaenidae?
Wright's Lake, El Dorado County, California, USA
July 14, 2022
Size: 1/2 inch +/-
Located next to the boat launch in sandy substrate searching for nutrients. It has the appearance of being somewhat hairy and bluish on the lower ventral with with definite markings only on the upper ventral wing.

Remember this?
Closer than anything I found elsewhere so far, Boisduval's Blue:

Remember this?
I received a comment from Brian Orion today regarding this image that I posted both here at BugGuide as well as Only Butterflies! on Facebook. Brian commented that he feels that this image is a Boisduval's Blue.

Dave, I think it is one of the "Blues". Those spots on the forewing look sort of like inward-pointing chevrons (?) Not much happening on the hindwing as far as clues. I could not find anything to even argue for.

Moved from ID Request.

"Blues"
That's why I listed the image under the Family name, Roy. The details of the image are good but are really not helpful in leading us to an ID. Boisduval's Blue seems to be the closest to an ID as anything.
