Size: Forewing ≈14mm
At outdoor light. Physula albiounctilla is the best fit I come up with in MPG and BugGuide but none of the photos shows this seemingly rare moth with upturned palps like I see on my individual. What else can it be?

Moved, Physula albipunctilla
Moved from Butterflies and Moths. Palpi are as in the other examples, but your shot is slightly from the posterior, so the palpi are seen from a different angle.
