moth-like insect - Echmepteryx hageni
Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA
August 16, 2008
Size: ~4-5mm
I'm not sure what to make out of this insect. It has wings like a moth but the head doesn't look like any moth I've seen.

Moved from Echmepteryx.

Barklouse.
