Agapostemon texanus angelicus (Halictidae) in Goldfield. - Agapostemon - Goldfield at about 10,000 ft (N 38.72519° , W 105.12339°), Teller County, Colorado, USA July 20, 2005 Size: L = 10 mm
Found on Oenothera coronopifolia - Cut-leaf Evening Primrose and on Convolvulus arvensis - Bindweed in Colorado Springs on June 25. All green, 4 weak white bands on green abd; pyg. furrow; honey-yellow wing stigma; I cannot distinguish between A. texanum and A.angelicum. On July 21 I found it on Geranium fremonti at Goldfield, elevation 10,000 ft, Teller County.
