Moved from Unidentified Leaf Mines.

Decumaria seems to be a synonym of Hydrangea now.
None of these larvae survived, and two braconids just emerged.

 
I suspected they were parasit
I suspected they were parasitized... I can try looking for these again, but I suspect this species designation (Aspilanta hydrangaeella) is correct.
