could it be Epitheca cynosura?

 
E. cynosura vs E. semiaquea
It's hard to tell the two apart. If I had to pick one, I'd probably say E. semiaquea because the clear spot in the darkened portion of the hindwing extends to the nodus, but I'm not sure how consistent that character is.
