Gray Something - Arilus cristatus

Gray Something - Arilus cristatus
Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
August 19, 2008
Found him while I was ridding one of my blue spruces of its bag worm problem. It looks like he's got wings, but he didn't try to fly or anything. Just moved very slowly towards me.

It's a wheel bug
more info in guide. Might even help you out with the bagworms - it's a predatory bug. : )

Thanks!
Thanks for the response!

I hate bagworms... so very much.
