Size: 4.5 - 5.0 cm
Leafing through Dragonflies through Binoculars, I am thinking this might be one of the Emeralds. Unfortunately, I could not move around to get another angle.

yes, Clamp-tipped
The male Clamp-tipped happens to have very distinct appendages.
