Tiny but colorful moth. Need help with ID.

Diminutive Wave Moth
This seems identical to a Geometrid in MPG. Check it out on the link.
Idaea scintillularia -- Hodges 7105.
There is one image of it in Bugguide but no page for it. See thumb.
