Braconidae.
One of the 'larger' braconids that is a parasite of wood-boring insects (so often found in the company of ichneumons).

Wasp, ichneumon I think. Or braconid.
Female for sure; note ovipositor.

Length might be good to know on this one, tho IDs don't usually don't go any farther.
