On newly installed fence rail. Bugguide and Marshall images indicate this is Xylomyidae: Possibly Solva pallipes.
Confirmation or correction appreciated.

Should be S. pallipes
I have only seen one S. crepuscula in collections and their abdomen lacks the white bands this specimen has

Thanks for your reply. They've been around here off and on since 08/18/08. Like so many Central Park critters of all kinds, this one was first found by Nick Wagerik, a local naturalist of great ability and wide interests.
