Size: -1/4 inch
Tiny beetle on Chamaecyparis pisifera. Help with ID please. It was a very bright day and impossible to minimize the reflection.

This is a...
Flea Beetle. The enlarged meta femoral make that distinction.
From there, I would look at
Disonycha triangularis
.
But please wait for an expert before moving it.
