Beetle - Disonycha triangularis

Beetle - Disonycha triangularis
Brighton, Northumberland, Ontario, Canada
August 21, 2008
Size: -1/4 inch
Tiny beetle on Chamaecyparis pisifera. Help with ID please. It was a very bright day and impossible to minimize the reflection.

This is a...
Flea Beetle. The enlarged meta femoral make that distinction.

From there, I would look at Disonycha triangularis.

But please wait for an expert before moving it.

Disonycha triangularis
you are becoming quiet an expert yourselve Ron

Thanks but...
I am still learning and making mistakes... But having so many people like yourself willing to share their knowledge is a great learning aid!
