Can anyone ID this beetle? It would be much appreciated.

Yes, I can:-)
This is a nice image of a female "forked fungus beetle," Bolitotherus cornutus, in the family Tenebrionidae. They are not found commonly away from woody bracket fungi, and even then they are so cryptic as to be hard to spot. Males have horns on the thorax.

Thank you again
Thanks again Eric, she was clinging to the side of my house next to a sliding glass door. We live out in a wooded area. She is in a safe place for now and I will try to get even better photos of her tomorrow.
