Size
Are you sure about the size, because it seem to be way too big. I'm not sure of the gender.

No I'm not sure about the size, as suggested by the question mark. My first impression was that it was the smallest longhorn beetle I had ever seen--but most of the longhorns I have seen have been pretty big. But it was at least 5mm.

This looks like
Astylidius parvus
to me as well, although it doesn't seem to have the green tones the typical specimens have. However, the heavy mottling and banding is very typical for that species.
