Diadasia rinconis female - Diadasia -  Tucson, Pima County, Arizona, USA April 28, 2021
Two bees were "resting" in adjacent blooms of buckhorn cholla in Tucson Mountain Park on a cool overcast day after moderate rain. This shot is of the one I'm guessing to be a female because of the thick scopal hairs.
