Moth, 1:02pm - Photedes

Size: Small
July. Closest thing I could find was a moth called the "Beaded Wainscot".

Moved to genus
Moved from Narrow-winged Borer.

This may be rufostrigata or panatela.

Edit: panatela has stubbier wings, so rufostrigata would seem more likely according to Jim Vargo.

Steve,
I went ahead and cropped myself. BTW I think you can buy beaded waincot at Home Depot :)

I think Anita might be right that this is a micro. I checked Home Depot and it is available but not in this finish.

Reference?
I think it's possible that this is in Leucania but I couldn't find Beaded Wainscot. Where did you see that reference? Do you know the species.

Also, could you crop this image closer? The larger thumbnail that is created will make it easier for an expert to notice this image.

I think this is something much smaller
in the microlepidoptera, eg family Oecophoridae or Tortricidae. But I couldn't find an exact match. Machimia tentoriferella is close, but the patterning in the proximal (top) part of the wing is different.
