Euborellia earwig - Euborellia

Euborellia earwig - Euborellia
Fresno, Fresno County, California, USA
September 16, 2022
The individual was found at the edge of a blacklight set up in my backyard.

1) Antennae: 18-segments (right) + single pale segment on seg 15; 15-segments (left).
2) No conspicuous femoral bands, though front femur has faint markings.
3) Legs not uniform yellow like E. arcanum

The above characteristics lead me to think this is Euborellia cincticollis. But I thought it would be good to get the BugGuide verification as this is the first time I have seen this species in my backyard.

Two items I am unsure of: Is this an apterous adult earwing? And is it female? I believe the answer to both are yes, but thought it would be best to hear from someone that has more knowledge on the mater before I check those associated characters for this submission. Thanks.
