Another darkfield photo through my compound microscope. This one came out with pretty crisp resolution. I just made some paper darkfield stops, nothing too high tech. Soon I'll have access to a similar scope that actually has a darkfield condenser on it, and I'm excited to try it out.

I've been messing with home-made darkfield stops also, so I'll be interested in hearing how well a real darkfield condenser works for you.

Was this a permanent mount? I'm curious what you used for solution since I've not had much luck with the few mites I've tried to photograph. (I'm just a hack though, so I can usually predict that my results will be unpredictable :-)
