Commercial topsoil springtail - Folsomia candida
Peru, LaSalle County, Illinois, USA
October 5, 2022
Size: 2.5mm
Folsomia sp (fused abdominal segments 4-6)? I decided to culture some commercial topsoil sold at a local store and these guys bloomed! Pretty curious about them and fingers crossed they’re not plain old F. candida ;)
