Hypericum Rhopalid ? - Rasahus hamatus

Hypericum Rhopalid ? - Rasahus hamatus
Magnolia, Columbia County, Arkansas, USA
October 27, 2022
Size: about 0.5 to 0.75 cm body
Found burrowed just below the top level of a dirt pile that is along the tree line. The ID Hypericum Rhopalid comes close, with sightings reported in NJ in 1977 and then six other states. A curator on iNat suggests it’s a juvenile but is not sure what we have here. Thanks for helping to ID this specimen.

looks like this one but wait for an expert

Rasahus hamatus nymph ?
I think you got it. This should be the nymph stage of Rasahus hamatus. Thank you!

you're welcome
the overall shape ("habitus") and the antennae don't match rhopalids but do fit nicely with assassin bugs
