Drinking from floating azolla (Pacific Mosquitofern (Azolla filculoides). I am a rank amateur but it seems odd (or not?) that the 2nd band is broader than the 1st. See for instance . This is somewhat like V. alascensis, but the 'eye ring' is clearly V. pensylvanica.
