I believe this is in the family Cixidae genus Cixius. Confirmation would be appreciated. It was attracted to a blacklight.

This is a flatid, no doubt Flatoidinus, but wait for a species determination from Andy Hamilton.

The head is pointed as in F. acutus, but not so long (twice as wide between the eyes as long).
