Resembles a Black Swallowtail - Limenitis arthemis

Resembles a Black Swallowtail - Limenitis arthemis
Davenport, Scott County, Iowa, USA
August 1, 2022
Looks like a Black Swallowtail, but without the little swallow-part on the tail. Also has the orange on the upper outsides of the wings that does not seem to match.
