Easy ID by description

I have seen it before but can't remember what it is. Occurs with ladybugs; is less than 1 mm long, oval, translucent, dorso-ventrally flattened, ridged latitudinally, ciliated.

Insect Identification
I have a picture of an insect I seen today, it looked like it was eating a Bee. Can anyone tell me the name of this insect? I can email the photo.

It was about 2 1/2 inches long, with red and black legs. Orange feet. It's body was grayish white and thin see through wings.
Thanks
Jennifer

A Whitefly!!. The one I was looking at didn't have eyespots.
