Not to nitpick, but this is probably Judolia sexspilota. Nice photo of Calochortus plummerae too!

If you have a moment, would you be willing to comment on how one might tell the difference between J. sexspilota and J. scapularis? I would like to add some useful data to the Info pages for these species so that us folks in CA might be able to distinguish them in the field. Thank you very much!
