Diceroprocta olympusa
This species has "fuzzy" brown spots on the crossveins, and a reddish upper side. The long wings extending far past the tip of the abdomen is also characteristic of Diceroprocta.

The wing pattern for hieroglyphica
is unique as dr Hamilton points out, but Gerry Bunker adds that this animal doesn't have the hieroglyphica pattern as can be seen by comparing it to the other hieroglyphica images in the guide. Gerry suggests moving this to Tibicen, which we did, but doesn't have enough information in this view to be able to specify the species.

Neocicada hieroglyphica?
The wing pattern is indicative of this species.

Any idea as to size?
It's kind of hard to tell scale given the picture and lack of a dorsal view. At first, I thought that maybe it could be T. aurifera which is known to inhabit fields and prairies but I don't think that species is found in your area but you never know. A great place to start would be
here
