Size: ~5mm.
Collected this guy in our yard from Baccharis pilularis by using a beating sheet, probably the same species as . (live oak/chaparral habitat). This time I retained the specimen, in case it is needed to confirm the ID.

It looks a bit different because the wings are spread.
