That is
scutellaris scutellaris and you have formosa formosa. Check out the new free Tiger Beetles of South Dakota and Nebraska from Dept of Entomology, 202 Entomology Hall, Univ of NE Lincoln, NE 68583-0816.

Thanks a lot everybody! This is one beauty of a Tiger Beetle, though attmepts to shoot the live one was unsuccessful - too fast. :-)

 
This looks to be C. scutellar
This looks to be C. scutellaris scutellaris. It also looks like the labrum is white, which would make it a male.
