... of the Eulophidae - the largest family (in number of species, that is) of the Chalcidoidea that has less than 5 funicle segments in the antennae. But without a good view of the forewing venation, I can't say what subfamily it belongs to.

Thanks for narrowing down the identity of this Chalcidoid wasp down the the Eulophidae family, Bob. I haven't photographed many Chalcidoid wasps, so just knowing the family they fit into is helpful to me.
