Host: Gum Bumelia (Sideroxylon lanuginosum). Three images show leaf upper surface, under surface, and backlit. Keyed out with Charley Eiseman's Leafminers of North America, 2nd ed. One particular tree at Salineño was pretty heavily infested with mines of this species. This provides a TX record for BG. Three additional examples have been uploaded to iNaturalist.
