ID from comparing photos in Dragonflies through Binoculars. I think it's Slaty vs. Great Blue because of the brown triangle at the base of the thorax. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

juvenile
Today I photographed a mature female Slaty Skimmer; colouration quite different from your specimen. Yours is a juvenile female. Is this worth noting in the title?
