Yes
It isn't forbidden to post deceased insects. However, we might have trouble getting the ID below superfamily level.
The problem here is finding any identifying markings and even the wing-shapes are hard to see exactly.
The palps are hidden below the head and that little ant is not helping.
Did you collect it? Properly spread specimens may sometimes be easier to identify.
