Moved from Orius.

Moved from Minute Pirate Bugs.

Maybe something like
Anthocoridae (Minute Pirate Bugs), maybe Orius. Looks like it is glued to the back of a caterpillar or some ringed plant?

The Poor Bug...
is dead and appears to be attached to a seed pod by some type of fungus.
