C. rufilabris ?
Maybe C. rufilabris ?

Not necessarily
The alternative would be C. harrisii, which also has extensively red genae. The most reliable trait I know for phosos is the color of the gradate crossveins, which are difficult to see here. I don't think I'm seeing the black that would be characteristic of C. rufilabris, and C. harrisii also ranges into eastern Canada.

Most photos of C. harrisii show that the red stripe between the mouth and the eye extends significantly to the back of the eye, becomes dark, and remains quite pronounced.

In the case of C. rufilabris, it seems to me that most photos show that the extension at the back of the eye is often absent if not much less pronounced, as is the case with this individual.

But hey, my knowledge with crysopidae is quite sketchy and it may not be a valid criterion.

That said, unfortunately I don't have any other angles of view. Impossible therefore to appreciate the color of the gradate crossveins.

Thanks for your help.
