The White-striped Black
Wagner pg 215, has the black stripe on the thorax and across the face, but Wagner says it feeds on Impatiens.

Sure looks like it...
The
HOSTS
database lists
Abies
(fir),
Epilobium
(willow-herb),
Impatiens
,
Pinus
(pine), and
Thalictrum
(meadow-rue) as host plants for that species, representing not only four different plant families, but both angiosperms and gymnosperms. So it's safe to say this species isn't very host specific. I'll go ahead and move it there. Thanks!
