Found in pitfall trap in sagebrush steppe. Head has detached from body in images and may not be in line with body plane. Isotomidae springtails for scale.

This insect has ...
... an almost punctiform marginal vein. That and some other subtle characteristics indicate this is a member of the family Encyrtidae (probably subfamily Encyrtinae). The image is not good enough for me to take it any further.
