Clemens Grass Tubeworm?
I'm wondering if these pale blotchy tubeworms I keep running into may actually be Clemens, which DO occur here in the LRGV; I was scrolling through some images on the Guide and not only saw how variable they are, but also found some that look awfully similar to my bug(s)!
