This little one (maybe 4 mm guess?) was wandering around my mother's ceiling. I convinced her to ignore it until it went somewhere else. Maybe Metacyrba ???

When you explain to people that spiders are going to eat the bugs in their house like free exterminators, and the choice is "all those bugs" or a spider, suddenly the spider is OK.
