I think this is closest to Neocochylis dubitana. However, there are no postings from Utah. Am I correct?

?
I have a specimen from CO - so no reason to think it doesn't occur in UT -
but I'm also aware of an undescribed cryptic Western species - so it would be good to dissect one; one of these days
