Tiny ground beetle - Laemophloeus

Tiny ground beetle - Laemophloeus
Belle Chasse, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, USA
April 12, 2008
Size: ~4mm
Is this a carabid? It is slightly damaged, and incredibly small, but perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. It was collected at a blacklight in hardwood swamp.

'Lined Flat Bark Beetle'
Family Laemophloeidae, see here.

Thanks!
This one from texas appears to be an exact match:

I'll move it to Laemophloeus.
