Insects On our Window - Monsoma pulveratum

Insects On our Window - Monsoma pulveratum
Juneau, Alaska, Alaska, USA
March 21, 2023
About a week ago we opened a bag of potting soil in the house. A couple of days later about 6 of these insects appeared on our window inside the house. I would really appreciate knowing the lowest taxon. If possible I would like to know if they are native to Alaska.
