In lawn. Note slight asymmetry.

There were very few anthophilous insects in this lawn today (and, indeed, few other insects of any sort) despite abundantly blooming dandelions. Drab micro-dipterans were the one exception.

All co-occurring specimens I photographed at both this time/microhabitat were
