Size: ~2-3mm
This was just slightly larger than a spider mite.

Though species is uncertain this can move to subfamily Tanypodinae

. The M-Cu crossvein rules out the other two common subfamilies. The color and wing pattern is normal for Tanypodinae, as is what I can make out of the rest of the wing veins.

A guess
It looks similar to
Paramerina fragilis
(Tanypodinae:Pentaneurini). I can't see enough details to be sure. I don't even have a description of the female of the species.
