Apantesis
This one strikes me as, and strongly "appears" to be
Apantesis carlotta
... however, I have to qualify that by saying that
carlotta
cannot be reliably distinguished from
vittata
and
phalerata
without dissection and examination of genitalia.
Nice photos.

Based on?
Based on what criteria? Unless ophis sent the specimen to you and you extracted the valve, the aedeagus or the uncus (provided it's a male) and compared to the key of Apantesis genitalia, I don't see how you can make that determination. No offense. Please see my last statement in my previous comment.
