Yes, I used the MPE. Let me look up the EXIF data for these images and I'll get it for you. I have to go to bed now, but I'll get it tomorrow morning.

Ok, I was in the magnification range of 4-5x at f/7.1. ISO 100 and 1/250 sec. shutter speed. This is a single frame as well, no stack.
