Nemotaulius?
How long is this critter - 2cm or greater wing length? The wing coloration doesn't appear to be Nemotaulius hostilus and the locality seems to be too far south and too warm.

 
Pretty small . . .
Thank-you very much for the ID help and questions. The body length seemed to be fairly small, approximately 1.5 cm. I did notice that all of the photos of Nemotaulius seemed to be from from the northeast; however they were the only photos that seemed to show the jagged wing structure, clearly evident in the insect I photographed.

Neophylax splendens
There are several others with the jagged wing apex - this one looks like Uenoidae: Neophylax splendens.
