Size: 7 mm head to wing tips
Sitting on the side of our house just before sundown. The temperature had dropped to 15 Celsius and it looked as if this wasp may have been looking for somewhere warm to spend the night.

Thanks to you, Bryan, and John. I've moved the images to the black with orange legs color group. I see a couple other photos in this group that also have the blue marking that mine has.
